Taking the first step toward better health isn’t easy. I’m here to guide you—helping you build on your strengths while navigating obstacles. Life is about balance, and there is no one perfect approach to health. I believe you know yourself best.
As a yoga instructor and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my approach is informed by both education and lived experience. I’ve moved through a time when food and exercise were driven more by control than care, which shaped my belief that true health is not about perfection, but about flexibility and self-trust. Along with recovering from insomnia, these experiences taught me the value of patience, nervous-system support, and changes that feel sustainable in real life.
